Your data is stored in our two UK based data centres, our primary is in London and this is replicated to Bournemouth. Both data centres are ISO 27001 accredited.

Yes, all data in encrypted before leaving your site, and remains so while in transit and the whole time it is stored with us. All products have 256-bit AES encryption as standard. Your data can be protected further by the use of multi factor authentication, which ensures no unauthorized persons can access data stored on our servers.
A full Disaster Recovery service, capture everything on your operating system; applications, configuration settings, services, data and custom applications.
 Like all our services, we never restrict upload and download speeds or the amount of data you transfer. You can add restrictions if desired.
